Our Team
All professional services are carried out by a fully qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with extensive experience and knowledge of all areas we cover, as well as an awareness of the property market in those locations, in order to provide the best possible advice to our clients so they are able to make informed decisions.
Our team of Surveyors and Valuers is supported by a well-organised team of Administrators, who ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business. Our Administrators are the backbone of the business; detail oriented and well used to working to tight deadlines, but also focused on delivering a great service to clients. In addition to managing the team of Surveyors, they are also responsible for handling queries and finalising reports, as well as maintaining client relationships.

We have a broad client base, many of whom retain our services on a regular basis. We act for a range of different lenders, including clearing banks, secondary lenders and bridging loan providers.
